Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked starting 1 month in advance of the appointment and up to 3 days before the start of the appointment.


Cancellation/No Show Policy: No credit carryover to next month for monthly clients. Rescheduling allowed within current billing cycle

Cancellation Fee: Late cancellations will be charged fee of $15.00

30 Minute Skill Session

30 Min one-on-one with coach for work on skills

Appointments may be booked starting 2 weeks in advance of the appointment and up to 1 day before the start of the appointment.

CrossFit Fundamentals

We firmly believe CrossFit is for everyone. It takes time, dedication and hard work to master the movements presented to you in a standard CrossFit class. That path starts with a solid foundation which we will help you create through our fundamentals program. We do not expect you to master let alone remember everything we go through in these sessions. It's just a starting point for you and our staff to get to know each other. We'll teach everything you need to know all you have to do is show up and work hard.

You will meet individually with a member of our staff for at least 2 and up to 4 sessions. Once completed you will be graduated in to our group class program or be given the option to stay with your coach as personal training client.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: All we ask for is communication. Life can get crazy at times, kids get sick, work goes late and alarms don't go off. We ask for 4 hours notice to cancel an apt. In case of emergency contact you coach as soon as possible to explain circumstances.
