30 Min one-on-one with coach for work on skills
We firmly believe CrossFit is for everyone. It takes time, dedication and hard work to master the movements presented to you in a standard CrossFit class. That path starts with a solid foundation which we will help you create through our fundamentals program. We do not expect you to master let alone remember everything we go through in these sessions. It's just a starting point for you and our staff to get to know each other. We'll teach everything you need to know all you have to do is show up and work hard.You will meet individually with a member of our staff for at least 2 and up to 4 sessions. Once completed you will be graduated in to our group class program or be given the option to stay with your coach as personal training client.
